A few months ago I needed catering for a workshop I was hosting in Conroe. I also regularly have long photo shoots that I need catering for and I was looking for someone new. When I met the owners of In House Chefs Dominique and Adrian Cousin, I liked their style and decided to give them a try. I was blown away by the service and quality I received from them. Right then I decided to never go back to who I was using before for all my catering.
So of course when they came to me looking for new images that best represented them I was more than excited to take on the task.
Adrian Cousin is the Chef in the business. He studied at the Culinary Institute of Lenotre in Houston, Texas. He came into his own style and skill creating dishes that will take you on a journey. He works full time creating dishes that exceed client expectations. However, Adrian is only one half of the business.
Dominique Cousin is just as much a part of the business as a co-owner. She is usually the face of the business you will see day to day. She runs a good deal of the business side leaving Adrian time to let his creativity flow in the kitchen. Together they are able to work small events like my own personal catering needs to large weddings and corporate events. Many times running teams of kitchen staff, bartenders and servers.
While some people may not be able to work this closely with their spouse Adrian and Dominique have figured it out. Each half is a required part to their whole business. Together they are able to wow their clients and go above and beyond.
